Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) for an inpatient rehab setting in Enid, OK. You will assess and implement individualized therapies to help patients regain independence after injury, illness, or surgery.

Work with a multidisciplinary team to support 7–8 patients daily and drive meaningful outcomes. New hires receive a formal 60-day onboarding with mentorship, plus a $15,000 sign-on and relocation bonus, full benefits, and 33 days of PTO.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active OT license or the ability to obtain one.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Collaborative, team-building personality style.
• Inpatient Rehab Experience Preferred.
• H1B Visa Sponsorship Not Available.
