American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Neuro ICU night shift position in Evansville, Indiana. This assignment requires an IN or compact license, 2 years of critical care experience, and AHA BLS/ACLS certifications.

The position offers a 13-week contract, 36 hours per week, night shifts 18:45–07:15, with travel and licensure reimbursements, insurance from day one, and other benefits. Local candidates may receive a reduced pay rate within radius rules.

Qualifications

• Active IN or compact RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years Trauma ICU or related critical care experience.
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Must provide a US Social Security Number and a US home address.
• Travel and licensure reimbursements provided.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Trauma Intensive Care Unit (STICU) of a Level II Trauma Center.
• Focus on adult trauma, post-surgical, vascular, and neurosurgical patient management.
• Patient ratios range from 1:1 to 1:3 with an 8-bed unit.
• Night shift schedule from 18:45 to 07:15.
• 13-week contract assignment.
• Candidates may care for adult trauma, general surgery, vascular and neuro cases.
• Local candidates accepted at reduced pay rate per radius rules.
• Radius distance varies by state and may affect pay eligibility.
• COVID-19 vaccination is not required.
• May only submit to one position within the system per cycle.
