Job summary

Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center is seeking a Neuro/Neurosurgical ICU RN to join a highly specialized team. This full-time role offers nights, 36 hours per week, with 50% holiday coverage and every 3rd weekend rotation.

You will care for high-acuity neuro patients, collaborate with neurosurgeons, neurologists and intensivists, and participate in a leading residency program to support professional growth. Night and weekend differentials apply.

Qualifications

• Accredited nursing program and RN licensure in the state.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Strong interest in neuro care and teamwork.
• Excellent communication and continuous learning mindset.
• 1 year acute care experience preferred; new grads with strong clinical background considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience.
• Collaborate with neurosurgeons, neurologists, intensivists and interdisciplinary teams.
