Meds Talent LLC is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse – Neuro ICU for a full-time, permanent night-shift role in Honolulu, Hawaii. The Neuroscience ICU is a 14-bed unit with 24-hour Neurointensivist and Neuroscience Acute Care NP coverage, offering relocation assistance and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii RN license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Minimum 12 months of ICU RN experience, preferably in neurology or trauma.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage clinical care for Neuro ICU patients.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes throughout the care process.
• Provide patient and family education and support.
• Assist with utilization management and discharge planning.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality care.
• Provide care for complex neurological and critical-care patients in a fast-paced ICU environment.
