Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking a Registered Nurse for an intensive neuroscience ICU. The RN coordinates care, educates patients and families, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team in a high-acuity setting.

Current RN license and BLS required; a BSN is encouraged with progression toward degree completion. The IDU supports TN sponsorship and offers a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• RN license current in applicable state.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or evidence of degree completion within five years if start date after Apr 1, 2020.
• One year of RN experience required; ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care and direct patient care.
• Provide patient/family education and transitions of care.
• Demonstrate leadership and effective communication in a high-acuity neuroscience ICU.
