ChristianaCare’s Neuro Critical Care Unit in Newark, DE is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in a high-acuity neuroscience ICU. You will participate in daily rounds, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support patients with neurological and neurosurgical conditions.

The role requires Delaware licensure or a compact license, a BSN (or plan to obtain within three years), BLS, and ICU/step-down experience.

Qualifications

• Delaware RN licensure or compact RN license.
• BSN required; or commitment to obtaining within three years of the date of hire.
• BLS Certification required.
• ACLS certification strongly preferred.
• Must have at least two years of RN experience working in an ICU, step-down, or progressive care unit required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Neuro Critical Care Unit.
• Participate in daily rounds with multidisciplinary team and bedside nurses.
