Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Neuro Critical Care ICU assignment in Lebanon, NH. The 13-week contract requires expertise in critical care and neuro-specific interventions, with a 12-hour PM-AM shift and 36 hours per shift.

The role emphasizes advanced hemodynamic monitoring, ventilated patients, and post-surgical line management. Candidates must hold a valid RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and demonstrate competence with vasoactive medications and PA line

Qualifications

• Advanced hemodynamic monitoring experience.
• Experience with ventilated patients.
• Knowledge of pressors, inotropes, and vasoactive medications.
• Ability to assist with line insertion and maintenance.
• Experience with lines, tubes, and drains for post-surgical patients.
• Familiarity with ventriculostomies, lumbar drains, bolts, and EVD.
• Competence in PA lines and waveform interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients with ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes and neuro surgeries.
• Care for patients with meningitis, encephalitis, and neuromuscular disorders.
• Provide advanced neuro-critical care and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Administer vasoactive medications and manage ventilated patients.
• Assist with line insertion and post-surgical care.
• Coordinate care within Neuro ICU team.
