Qualifications

• Proficiency with ventilator management and continuous infusion/drip therapies.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and coordination with multidisciplinary providers.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex clinical assessments and monitor for rapid changes in condition.
• Provide and manage advanced critical care interventions, including ventilator management and infusion/medication drips.
• Respond promptly to clinical deterioration and implement appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to develop and execute individualized care plans.
• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care that supports patient and family needs.
