Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited college or university.
• American Board of Neurology certification or eligibility.
• Diploma for completion of ABN internship and residency.
• NBME or Flex certification.
• Unrestricted Georgia medical license.
• Unrestricted DEA number.
