Trinity Employment is seeking a Neurohospitalist Physician for a direct-hire, full-time role in Oklahoma City, OK. Board-Certified or Board-Eligible neurologist to join a hospital-based neurology team with a highly competitive compensation package and a 7-on/7-off schedule, plus robust specialty support for a collaborative inpatient practice.

You will provide inpatient neurological evaluations, manage a broad range of conditions, and coordinate care with neurosurgery and neurocritical care,

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurology.
• Eligible for an unrestricted Oklahoma medical license.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient neurological evaluations, consultations, and ongoing patient management.
• Diagnose and manage a broad range of acute and chronic neurological conditions.
• Evaluate and respond to acute stroke alerts and other neurological emergencies.
• Collaborate with Neurosurgery, Neuro Critical Care, hospital medicine, nursing, and other specialty teams to coordinate patient care.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes.
• Interpret diagnostic studies and recommend appropriate neurological interventions and treatment strategies.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurologist to join a well-established hospital-based neurology team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. • $400,000+ annual base salary for full-time physicians

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

• 7-on/7-off schedule, with flexibility to accommodate individual scheduling needs
• Approximately 14 shifts per month
• Round & Go model, followed by on-call coverage
• Opportunities to pick up additional shifts for increased earning potential
• Optional outpatient clinical work
• Separate full-time outpatient neurology opportunity available with a Monday-Friday schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient neurological evaluations, consultations, and ongoing patient management.
• Diagnose and manage a broad range of acute and chronic neurological conditions.
• Evaluate and respond to acute stroke alerts and other neurological emergencies.
• Collaborate with Neurosurgery, Neuro Critical Care, hospital medicine, nursing, and other specialty teams to coordinate patient care.

• Interpret diagnostic studies and recommend appropriate neurological interventions and treatment strategies.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation while supporting hospital quality and patient safety initiatives.
