• Experience: RN I (<1 year); RN II (1-3 years); RN III (3-10 years); RN IV (10+ years).

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe and appropriate patient care per nursing skills inventory and patient age/needs.
• Coordinates nursing care with interdisciplinary team and makes clinical decisions.
• Collaborates with, directs, and may delegate to healthcare team to achieve outcomes.
• Coordinates treatment plans; develops discharge and transfer plans.
• Participates in ongoing program evaluation and process improvement.
• Consider diverse patient needs across the continuum of care to optimize experience.
• Adheres to regulatory standards and Memorial Hermann nursing standards.
• Ensures safety of patients, staff, and visitors; manages time, supplies, productivity, quality.
• Supports professional growth; may serve as preceptor/mentor.
• Other duties as assigned.
