Job summary

UCHealth seeks RN Fellows for the Acute Care Neuro Medical unit on night shift. This structured fellowship develops advanced skills in caring for complex neuro-medical patients within a supportive, team-based environment.

You’ll work with experienced preceptors to perform assessments, manage medications and infusions, and respond to neurologic changes using evidence-based protocols. Collaborating with physicians and therapists, you’ll educate patients and families and document care in the EMR.

Qualifications

• RN license required or eligible in CO.
• Structured fellowship to build advanced neuro-medical care skills.
• Night-shift assignment in an Acute Care Neuro-Medical unit.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments.
• Manage medications and infusions.
• Monitor neurologic status and respond to changes using evidence-based protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and therapists.
• Educate patients and families.
• Document care in the EMR.
