Job Description

• 2-5 years minimum hands‑on experience in‑home network technologies. Prefer experience with Quality of Service (QoS) and multicast video delivery.
• 2-5 years’ experience with the TCP/IP protocol suite and technologies (IP, IPv6, QoS, IGMP, TCP, UDP, ARP, NAT, DHCP, DNS, LAN and WAN, Routers, Switches, Throughput and Latency, etc.)
• 2-5 years hands‑on experience configuring and testing, diagnosing, troubleshooting in‑home router features and services.
• 2-5 years executing tests and preparing test plans and test reports.
• 2-5 years’ experience with Linux and Windows systems and software deployment.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.

Desired Skills & Experience

• 2-5 years’ experience with software architecture and programming concepts (scripting and automation).
• In-depth knowledge and experience with IPv6, QoS, IGMP technologies.
• Experience with Multimedia over Coax (MoCA).

Qualifications

• BS degree in a technical field – preferably in Electrical Engineering, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering with concentration in network engineering.
