Qualifications

  • High school diploma with IT-related experience; higher degree may substitute.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred CCNA or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, deploy, install, monitor, troubleshoot and maintain switching and routing infrastructure.
  • Identify and report network issues using logs and management tools.
  • Monitor network resources and coordinate with third party providers for outages and service changes.
  • Assist with WLAN, remote connectivity configurations, and VPN setup.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of network architecture and device configurations.
  • Assist in agency telephony moves/adds/changes and resolution of issues.
  • Other duties as required.
