Job summary

Myriad360 in New York City is seeking a detail-oriented Network Technician to stage, configure, test, and prepare electronic equipment for deployment. You will follow detailed work instructions, wire and label components, and perform quality checks to ensure all items meet client requirements before shipment.

You will collaborate with teams across locations to meet deadlines and service levels, support other departments in the warehouse, and participate in security training and policy

Qualifications

• Basic experience with enterprise networking hardware is preferred.
• Understanding of IP networks or computer hardware concepts is desirable.
• Experience as a configuration or service technician with IP-based products is a plus.
• Knowledge of fiber optics handling is a plus.
• Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs without machinery.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced configuration of equipment per work instructions.
• Unbox, inspect, and setup products for configuration or burn-in.
• Wire, label, and configure components and racks according to guidelines.
• Conduct quality checks and sign off on checklists.
• Assist in documentation for instructional use and other departments as needed.

Who You Are

You are a detail-oriented and dependable Network Technician with hands‑on experience staging, configuring, testing, and preparing electronic equipment for deployment. You are comfortable following technical instructions, wiring and labeling components, performing quality checks, and ensuring all equipment meets client and project requirements before shipment.

You work well in a fast‑paced warehouse and configuration‑center environment, collaborating with team members across different locations to meet deadlines and service‑level commitments. You take initiative to troubleshoot issues, maintain accurate documentation, follow security and company policies, and support other departments when needed.

About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Network Technician who is responsible for handling daily activities related to staging electronic equipment for advanced configuration and timeline‑based project deployments.

This requires configuration to client specified requirements advancing the status of daily sales orders to successfully hit project and client committed service level agreements. This role requires collaboration with colleagues in our warehouse/configuration center and remote locations to ensure the quality and timely delivery of orders to our clients.

Must be based in the United States.

• West Deptford, New Jersey (Current Facility)
• New Castle, Delaware (Future Facility, Q4 2026)

Other responsibilities include:

• Perform advanced configuration as specified, including:
• Unboxing, inspecting, and setting up product for configuration or burn‑in
• Completing hardware and software configuration as detailed by work instructions
• Following step‑by‑step instructions without error
• Wiring, labeling, and configuration of electronic components, peripherals, infrastructure device(s) and/or computer equipment racks
• Quality assurance checks and signoff to checklists
• Breakdown and re‑boxing to meet specified shipping requirements
• Efficiently pack products as specified to meet client/project requirements
• Notify appropriate party whenconfiguration suppliesor tools are needed
• Investigate and resolve challenges as necessary
• Assist in the creation of documentation for instructional use
• Other duties as needed including assisting other departments in the warehouse
• Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies to the requirements section
• Identify and elevate security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and actively contribute to remediation efforts
• Other duties as assigned

Desired skills and experience:

• Basic experience with or knowledge of Enterprise grade networking/security hardware (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, etc.).
• Ability to demonstrate a fundamental understanding of IP Networks, and/or a general ability to understand computer hardware and software
• Minimum one (1) years of experience as a configuration or service technician working with IP based products in a networking/cabling or data center environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of how to properly handle fiber & associated parts (optics, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to lift packages of 50 lbs. without machinery

Pursuant to the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range in New York City for this position is $58,240 plus opportunities for profit‑sharing bonus and/or commission. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
