Job summary

TIME Manufacturing Company is seeking a Network and Systems Administrator to design, implement, and operate the enterprise network and systems. The role blends hands-on network engineering with cloud administration to ensure high availability and security across on‑premises and Microsoft cloud environments.

Responsibilities include configuring LAN/WAN, SD‑WAN, Meraki gear, AD/Entra ID, Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in network and systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with SD‑WAN, Cisco Meraki, firewalls, LAN/WAN, VLANs, QoS, and DMZ design.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.

• Network Administration: Design, implement, and manage LAN, WAN, and SD-WAN environments.
• Network Admin: Administer Cisco Meraki switches, firewalls, wireless APs, and dashboards.
• Network: Configure and maintain firewalls, VLANs, QoS, routing, and DMZ architectures.
• Network: Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Network: Maintain network documentation and diagrams.
• Systems and Cloud Administration: Administer Microsoft AD and Group Policy.
• Systems: Manage Microsoft Entra ID identities and access controls.
• Systems: Support Azure resources related to networking, compute, and identity.
• Systems: Implement Conditional Access and MFA policies.
• Messaging and Collaboration Platforms: Administer Exchange Online.
• Messaging: Support SharePoint Online and Teams.
• Messaging: Monitor service health and resolve incidents.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Network Administration

• Design, implement, and manage LAN, WAN, and SD-WAN environments.
• Administer Cisco Meraki switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and dashboards.
• Configure and maintain firewalls, VLANs, QoS, routing, and DMZ architectures.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Maintain network documentation and diagrams.

Systems and Cloud Administration

• Administer Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) identities and access controls.
• Support Azure resources related to networking, compute, and identity.
• Implement Conditional Access and MFA policies.

Messaging and Collaboration Platforms

• Administer Microsoft Exchange Online.
• Support and govern SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
• Monitor service health and resolve incidents impacting collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in network and systems administration.
• Hands‑on experience with SD‑WAN, Cisco Meraki, firewalls, LAN/WAN, VLANs, QoS, and DMZ design.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.

Preferred Certifications

• Cisco CCNA or Meraki certifications
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
• Microsoft 365 Certified administrator certifications
