• Experience performing network administration in an enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of security controls and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and manage the entire network from end users to the network point of presence.
• Install and maintain network and endpoint security controls (firewalls, VPNs, EDR) and validate software licensing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems.
• Maintain documentation of network hardware and software.
• Contribute to Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans; assist IT Manager with bi-annual tests.
• Provide SME input based on best practices to ensure smooth network operations for internal and external customers.
• Back up the IT Manager and perform additional duties as assigned.

1st Liberty FCU is actively searching for a Network-System Administratorfor one of our branches in Great Falls, Montana. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• To administer, maintain and manage the entire network from the end users to the network point of presence. To include, voice and data core infrastructure, servers, client systems, and any associated peripheral equipment.
• Install, configure, maintain network and endpoint security controls, including firewalls, VPNs, endpoint detection and response to include security updates. Validate licensing of all software products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems for both hardware and software.
• Maintains documentation of the network hardware and software .
• Provides direct input to the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans and assists the IT Manager with bi-annual test and advises on needed improvements .
• Provide subject matter expertise inputs based on industry best practices to ensure overall smooth running of the network for internal and external customers .
• Backup to the IT Manager and perform additional duties as assigned.
