RISE Housing and Support Services is seeking a technology-savvy Network Support Specialist to help maintain our IT systems, assist staff, and improve workflows. The role reports to the Network Administrator and involves handling support requests and contributing to IT procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting an organization's IT needs and users.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

Responsibilities

• Support agency IT needs under the oversight of the Network Administrator
• Respond to agency IT support requests
• Identify risks and troubleshoot agency hardware, software, and network needs
• Support agency IT security efforts
• Participate in the development of IT procedures
• Assist in intern oversight and mentorship
• Identify and develop IT efficiencies and tools
