Job summary

CACI is seeking a Performance Management Analyst to join our Network Service Operations in the United States. You will support the management and measurement of Network Services across multi-supplier ecosystems, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met end-to-end.

The role requires 5+ years in network operations or delivery management, ITIL certification, and TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance. You’ll work with ServiceNow/Tableau dashboards and collaborate with government stakeholders to drive performance

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in network operations or related delivery management.
• Experience in service operations and performance management.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ITSM SLM and SLA/KPI governance across networks.
• Develop standardized metrics and dashboards for reporting.
• Support end-to-end service delivery with KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with program teams and government stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly business reviews with performance insights.
• Assist with performance goal setting for SLA/KPI development.
