Job summary

San Gabriel/Pomona Regional Center (SG/PRC) is a private, non-profit agency contracted with the State of California to support individuals with developmental disabilities. The Network Administrator will manage, secure, and optimize our network infrastructure to ensure reliable operations across multiple sites.

Under the Information Technology Manager, you will design and maintain LAN/WAN, configure routers, firewalls, VPNs, monitor performance, and enforce security standards, with emphasis on

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant certifications.
5+ years of network administration experience.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and SNMP.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain LANs/WANs and wireless networks.
Configure routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs; monitor performance.
Maintain network documentation and procedures.
Perform backups and recovery testing for business continuity.
Enforce security policies; manage security appliances.
Collaborate with IT team and vendors; provide end-user training.
Support AD, DNS, DHCP, email security, and endpoint protection.
