Overview

Network Security Engineer/Architect - Contract (On Site 3 days) — Bridewell is seeking a contract Network Security Engineer/Architect to work on site in Los Angeles 3 days per week.

Who we are looking for

Following our growth in the USA, we are looking for Californian-based, client-facing cyber security professionals who can travel frequently to Los Angeles on a weekly basis. This role is key for Bridewell's growth and for supporting Critical National Infrastructure within the US.

This is a contract position with a large technical team; you will be expected to deliver capabilities in network architecture and security engineering as described below.

Responsibilities

Network Architect
Design and architect solutions for large, complex network environments
Work with FortiGate firewalls and Cisco infrastructure (including Cisco ISE)
Apply Zero Trust principles to existing network architectures
Design and implement network segmentation for Privileged Access Workstations (PAWs)
Perform traffic analysis and troubleshooting

Network Security Engineer
Configure and maintain Cisco and FortiGate network devices
Implement Zero Trust principles in existing networks
Deploy network segmentation for Privileged Access Workstations (PAWs)
Configure and enforce server egress controls

Length of contract

Up to 6 months, exact length TBC depending on the role.

Location

This role will be required to be on site in Los Angeles 3 days per week — Tuesday to Thursday.
