Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a technical field
• Graduating December 2027 - August 2028
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise network monitoring and observability across Visa’s global infrastructure
• Configure, test, and validate monitoring in SevOne, IBM ITNM/Netcool, NetBrain
• Develop Python-based automation scripts and API workflows for monitoring tasks
• Collect and analyze network events, logs, metrics to identify trends and improvements
• Use REST APIs and data formats (JSON, YAML, CSV) to retrieve operational data
• Leverage Generative AI tools to assist with scripting, documentation, and analysis
• Validate device discovery, interfaces, dashboards, and topology in observability platforms
• Identify coverage gaps and help improve network visibility and health
• Create and maintain runbooks, procedures, dashboards, and docs
• Assist troubleshooting by gathering logs, captures, and API responses
