Job Description

Network Security Architect

On behalf of our client, Procom Services is searching for a Network Security Architect for a contract opportunity in Dallas, TX.

Job Details

• Develop security architecture solutions to safeguard customer infrastructure environments.
• Review existing and proposed infrastructure services to determine appropriate security controls.
• Maintain awareness of IT/Security industry trends, threats and security offerings.
• Participate in project architectural reviews to ensure that proposed designs conform to architectural standards.
• Lead efforts to create security standards and hardening procedures.
• Lead teams in development of security requirements.
• Responsible for writing HLD documentation.
• Responsible for responding to Security components of RFPs.

Mandatory Skills

• 12+ years of related enterprise security experience.
• Strong experience with Cisco and Check Point technologies.
• Experience in establishing advanced security capabilities, including SOCs, SIEMs, IPS/IDS, Vulnerability Assessments, DLP, etc.
• Knowledge of Check Point and Cisco security features.
• Extensive knowledge of TCP/IP protocol stacks, network and firewall security.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, customer service, communications, and presentation skills.

Assignment Length

6+ months with potential to convert to permanent.
