Job summary

Maverick Technology Partners is assisting a Western MA client in finding a full-time SecOps and Systems Admin. The role leads a new DigiCert lifecycle management initiative, handles security operations such as incident response and XDR/MDR workflows, and performs secondary sysadmin tasks like patching automation and Windows Server/AD maintenance.

Our client in Western MA is seeking a full time SecOps & Systems Admin.

• Will be the primary owner of a new digital certificate lifecycle management offering (DigiCert).


• Will handle security operations: incident response, XDR/MDR workflows, and EDR platform work


• Secondary sysadmin duties: patching automation, Windows Server/AD, backups, and endpoints

Must Haves:

• 1–3 years of hands-on security operations experience: alert triage, investigation, incident response


• Systems administration experience


• Solid TLS/SSL, DNS, firewall and networking fundamentals


• Clear written communication for documentation and runbooks

• MSP background
