Job Description

• 1. Minimum 5 years of hands‑on skills on one or more of the following technologies: Checkpoint or Cisco firewall; Cisco switch; Web Application Firewall such as Barracuda. Good hands on experience in configuring firewall policies, VPN access, Intrusion Prevention system (IPS), Intrusion detection system (IDS), Web application firewall.
• 2. Minimum 3 years hands‑on experience on enterprise load balancer such as F5
• 3. Experience in Upgrades, Solution designing and implementation of various security products.
• 4. Demonstrated knowledge of ITIL principles and processes.
• 5. Demonstrated knowledge of security domains and best practices.
• 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, VISIO and PowerPoint.
• 7. Strong written and verbal communications skills with the demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with peers and communicate at all levels within the organization.
• 8. Ability to provide Tier 3 support and manage complex and escalated tickets in production environment.
