ARSIEM Corporation in Fort Meade, MD is seeking a Network-Savvy CNO Developer to support a government client. The role focuses on developing new network capabilities and maintaining existing ones within a secure environment.

The position requires extensive C development, reverse engineering, and CNO-specific work on network devices, with a TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship. You'll collaborate with a SAS network team and integrate RTOS-based systems, routers, switches, and firewalls.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with C development and reverse engineering.
• 3 years of cybersecurity/CNO-specific development.
• Experience with CNO Development on Network Devices.
• Candidates should have one of more of the following: In-depth understanding of network protocols; Experience with network device appliances (routers, switches, firewalls); Experience working in a Real Time Operating System environment.
• B.S. degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (or something extremely similar) with C development and Reverse Engineering within a CNO environment.
• MS degree may substitute for 2 years of experience; a PhD may substitute for 4 years of experience.

$181,000 - $203,000 a year The ARSIEM pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
