Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior IT service fulfillment lead in Colorado to guide design, implementation and optimization of network request workflows. You will partner with IT, security, and business teams to ensure SLAs are met and processes scale.

The role requires a TS/SCI with Poly, a technical management degree, and a track record in process improvement. You will develop SOPs, manage tools, KPI monitoring, and report to senior management, while coordinating with vendors and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical management or a related field.
• 7+ years of work-related experience.
• TS/SCI with Poly security clearance required.
• Understanding of networking concepts, technologies, and best practices.
• Proven experience leading IT projects, especially process improvement.
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
• Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management tools.
• Excellent project management skills.
