The role requires hands-on work with Juniper/Arista/Cisco platforms and familiarity with DCIM tooling and ticketing systems. Competenze

• 3–7 years in network engineering or related fields.

• Execute SOLO provisioning workflows for new rack deployments.

Certifications

• CCNA/CCNP (Cisco)or JNCIA/JNCIS (Juniper)(Required)
• Vendor-specific certifications for optical platforms (Ciena, Infinera) (Preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• BICSI certification (RCDD, Installer, Technician) or equivalent

• Foundational knowledge of network protocolsand the OSI model (Layers1–4)

Core Responsibilities

• Execute SOLO (Single-Operation LogicalOnboarding) provisioning workflows for new rack deployments
• Provision networkdevices including fabric switches, backbonerouters and general service equipment OOB devices and Circuits
• Configure devicesusing Client’s toolswith appropriate networkparameters
• Perform HPRv3 (High Power Rack) provisioning for AI computeracks
• Execute circuitprovisioning for peering,backbone, and intra-DCconnectivity
• Manage networksoftware updates and upgrades per release schedules
• Support PON (Passive OpticalNetwork) OLT provisioning and activation
• Activation & Production Readiness
• Transition equipment from provisioned state to activation
• Execute undrainprocedures to bring network into production
• Complete Production Readiness checklist sign-offwhich includes:
• Logical checksvalidation
• Coordinate with Network Operations for operational handoff
• Support partialactivations and L1-zone-by-zone activation approaches during accelerated deployments
• Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting
• Perform logicaltesting and performance validation post-provisioning
• Execute circuitQA/QC loopback testingin coordination with field teams
• Troubleshoot router/switches’ uplink failures, device provisioning issues,and circuit-level problems
• Identify and escalate design/BOM discrepancies
• Remediate provisioning fallout from pre-integrated rack workflows
• Document and report on deployment blockersvia Client’s ticketing system
• Documentation & Process
• Maintain deployment playbooks for assignedregions
• Update BOM’s with as-builtconfiguration data
• Contribute to runbook development
• Track and report deployment progress via client’sinternal dashboard
• Support post-deployment audits and remediation activities
