Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field; 5 years of related experience can substitute for the degree.
• Minimum of three years of experience in network operations or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of network troubleshooting and support, operating systems, applications, and network management.
• Must possess a SECRET clearance and IT certifications: IAT II, per 8570.00/8570.01.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical solutions and support for network management, including software, hardware, configurations, and architectures.
• Manage network control software, routers, switches, lines, modems, adapters, and servers.
• Plan, install, and maintain network systems for multiple classifications.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues to maintain operations.
• Use subject matter expertise to diagnose and resolve network issues, with discretion to deviate from standard procedures when needed.
• Ensure security and integrity of network systems in compliance with standards.
