Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Network Losses reduction professional to help reduce losses across RoW markets within the QC supply chain. You will collaborate with FC/transportation Operations, ACES, SL&P, Products, CS, and RCX/NCRC partners to identify root causes and implement scalable solutions.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with a focus on end-to-end process improvement in a fast-paced, technical environment.

Qualifications

Key job responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding, hands on experience of operational processes across supply chain.
• Deep diving and analyzing operational data to arrive root causes for losses - invent or replicate solutions to those root causes, track impact.
• Improve operational processes by Standardization of metrics, processes, SOPs across RoW markets related to network losses
• Driving product implementation in operations and/or operational process solutions to eliminate losses
  

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
