Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Infrastructure Delivery Installation Technician to join our growing team. You will work with minimal supervision to drive stability and scalability of next-generation networks and help automate network delivery processes.

Responsibilities include moving large equipment, installing fiber and copper cabling, and ensuring safety standards. Travel is required, and a valid driver’s license is necessary. Compensation ranges by location and experience.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma required.
• 1+ year of experience in computer hardware repair, infrastructure cabling, network deployment, data center operations, or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem-solving ability.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Move and implement large enterprise equipment.
• Install fiber and copper cabling and patch cables between equipment.
• Ensure safety and security standards during cabling and rack installation.
• Follow established hardware installation procedures and break-fix activities.
• Safely use material handling tools and equipment.
• Travel within and outside of regional work area; must have reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
