Job summary

Forged Fiber 37 Services, LLC is seeking a Network Implementation Engineer I to design and prepare Engineering Work Orders for land developments, new buildings, and various circuit requests. You will manage a geographic area, design civil permits, and maintain high-quality service interactions with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities include analyzing network systems, coordinating with developers and municipalities, and supporting Eng II and Sr. Eng.

Qualifications

• Assoc degree or equivalent education is required.
• 1-3 years related experience in telecommunications, engineering, or network planning or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable and able to work in appropriate systems and Microsoft Office.

The Role

The Network Implementation Engineer I responsibilities include design and preparation of Engineering Work Orders for land developments, new buildings, single line requests, Rehab, FTTH, FTTT, Road Relocations, augmentation projects and special circuit requests. Utilizing the following tools; 3GIS, AutoCAD, the full suite of Microsoft Office. As an OSP field engineer you will be assigned a geographic area and will be responsible for all OSP job requests. This position designs and acquires civil permits. Maintain positive interaction with Internal and External customers; maintain open conversation with Planning and all company departments providing high quality of service to the Forged Fiber 37 customers. Manage workload for a given area.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges:

$49,000-$81,000
