Hodgson Russ LLP is seeking a Network Engineer Manager to lead the design, operation, and security of the firm’s network infrastructure from the Buffalo office. You will oversee ongoing network maintenance and lifecycle management while applying best practices for availability, performance, and security.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a technology field and at least six years of progressive network experience, with strong leadership and communication skills to manage a busy IT group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or related field is required.
• Six years of full-time network administration or engineering experience with increasing responsibility is required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with SME for network incidents and changes.

Responsibilities

• Design, lead, and sustain the firm’s network infrastructure.
• Manage day-to-day network engineering operations, including standards, patches, and procedures.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of network systems and related resources.
• Provide technical leadership for incident and problem management, change execution, and strategic initiatives.
