Onsite hands Staging scope for 348 Switches:

Job Description:

Requirements:

• Gather refresh switches (6300)
• Unbox and setup in the staging area (save containers).
• Configure hardware (stacking cables, SFP’s as needed).
• Power up and initial operational test (failures to be identified and RMA generated ASAP).
• Console in and apply initial config.
• Verify connection to Aruba Central (must be configured for DHCP and have access to Central or static ip with access from Denver DC).
• After verification, power down and rebox the equipment. Label Box with Site information (USGS to supply labels and info).
