Cymertek Corporation in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Network Engineer / Systems Administrator (SA) to design, implement, and manage our IT infrastructure. The role focuses on reliable networks, secure servers, and responsive systems to support our federal contracting work. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP; Linux/Windows server administration; firewalls; VMware; AD; and cloud tools.

TS/SCI Full Poly and U.S. citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Server administration on Linux/Windows.
• Experience configuring and managing firewalls.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and backups.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and manage network infrastructure.
• Monitor and maintain server performance and availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues.
• Implement and maintain system security protocols.
• Manage system backups and disaster recovery plans.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards and policies.
