Overview

GovCIO is currently hiring for a Network Engineer SME to design secure data movement paths. This position will be located in Fort Meade, MD and will be an onsite position.

Responsibilities

The Network Engineer designs secure data movement paths from the Horizon3.ai NodeZero platform into government‑approved cloud environments, enabling reliable ingestion of autonomous pentesting data at scale. This role focuses on boundary protections, segmentation strategies, and connectivity planning, including scenarios where data must traverse a data guard or similar mechanism for aggregation or analysis at higher classification levels. Early network engineering during IOC de‑risks cross‑domain integration challenges and positions the capability for rapid expansion during IOC implementation in the next option year.
