ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a Network Engineer to design, implement, manage, and optimize DHMS network infrastructure, ensuring reliability, performance, and security. You will collaborate with IT teams to develop policies, troubleshoot issues, and ensure DHMS IT policy compliance.

Configure Cisco/Juniper gear using Wireshark and contribute to SDN architecture, network assessments, automated configurations, and documentation across voice, LAN/WAN, and wireless

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• Strong understanding of network principles and experience with Cisco/Juniper gear.
• Proficient in configuration and troubleshooting methods and tools (e.g., Wireshark).

• Secret clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.

Possesses strong understanding of network principles and prior experience with network equipment (e.g., Cisco, Juniper). Proficient in configuration and troubleshooting methods, processes, and tools (e.g., Wireshark) with experience in SDN architecture, network assessments, automated configurations, and documentation development. Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively with excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Remains current with industry trends and requirements in network engineering and data security best practices. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) and familiarity with the DHMS IT environment are preferred.

Compensation Ranges

Compensation ranges for ASM Research positions vary depending on multiple factors; including but not limited to, location, skill set, level of education, certifications, client requirements, contract-specific affordability, government clearance and investigation level, and years of experience. The compensation displayed for this role is a general guideline based on these factors and is unique to each role. Monetary compensation is one component of ASM's overall compensation and benefits package for employees.
