• Strong experience with firewall management and network security.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain routing and switching solutions across multi-vendor environments.
• Configure, manage, and maintain firewalls and network security policies to protect infrastructure and client data
• Support voice and SIP/VoIP infrastructure, including session border controllers (SBCs), as part of the broader network
• Monitor network performance and capacity, and proactively identify and resolve issues
• Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for network-related issues
• Produce and maintain accurate network documentation and diagrams
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve technical challenges
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies
