What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Deliver network support and customer-focused solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Provide expert-level support and guidance to external customers, ensuring a high standard of service and satisfaction.
• Take ownership of challenging support cases from initiation through resolution, maintaining accountability and clear communication throughout.
• Correspond with customer and other divisions within the company to ensure all customer concerns and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
