Job summary

Nordic is seeking a Network Engineer I to assist in enterprise network design, implement and support network infrastructure across multiple data centers. You will coordinate with technical and non-technical staff and vendors, document solutions, and ensure adherence to standards.

The role covers troubleshooting, on-call rotation, and documentation duties. A Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of related experience is required, with Cisco Nexus/Catalyst, ASA/ISE and F5/NetScaler experience highly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of related experience (or 6 years without a degree).
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking principles and standards.
• Experience with Cisco data center and security technologies.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage daily work to meet project and incident SLAs.
• Provide Tier 3 support and guidance to IT teams.
• Evaluate and recommend technical solutions across data center networks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across physical and virtual infrastructure.
• Document policies, standards, and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams on complex deployments.
