Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Network Engineer in Washington, DC to configure and operate Cisco platforms such as ASA/Firepower, Nexus switches, and IOS routers. Network Engineer
As a Network Engineer, you will be expected to configure and operate Cisco platforms such as ASA or Firepower, Nexus switches, and IOS‑based routers. You may also have responsibility in supporting routing protocols and tunneling technologies including OSPF, BGP or IBGP, GRE, and MPLS L3VPN. You will be expected to regularly troubleshoot complex network performance issues and implement corrective actions as well as support network architecture reviews, capacity planning, and performance optimization and integrate network security controls aligned to enterprise security and information assurance requirements.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
