Job summary

Artifintech seeks a network engineer to implement and maintain enterprise routing and switching infrastructure in the United States. You’ll work with Cisco Catalyst 9300/9500 switches, configure OSPF, VLANs, and StackWise, and manage monitoring thresholds with SolarWinds.

Applicants should hold CCNA with CCNP Enterprise preferred, possess strong L2/L3 troubleshooting, and be proficient in read-through of HLD/LLD docs. Excellent communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise routing and switching
• Experience with network monitoring platforms and ITSM/ticketing tools
• Strong written documentation skills and clear verbal communication
• Ability to work from HLD/LLD documentation and network diagrams
• Comfortable with greenfield/new-build deployments

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in enterprise routing and switching.
• Work with Cisco Catalyst 9300/9500 series switches (StackWise, EtherChannel/port-channel, VLANs, OSPF).
• Configure and manage network monitoring thresholds and alerts (SolarWinds or equivalent).
• Utilize ServiceNow or equivalent for incident and change management.
• Troubleshoot complex Layer 2/Layer 3 network issues.
• Read and implement from HLD/LLD network diagrams.
• Document configurations and network changes clearly for cross-functional teams.
• Support greenfield deployments with evolving requirements.

• Hands-on experience in enterprise routing and switching
• Working knowledge of Cisco Catalyst 9300/9500 series switches (StackWise, EtherChannel/port-channel, VLANs, OSPF)
• Experience with a network monitoring platform (SolarWinds or equivalent), including threshold/alert configuration
• Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools (ServiceNow or equivalent) for incident and change management
• Solid troubleshooting skills across Layer 2/Layer 3 network issues
• Ability to read and work from HLD/LLD documentation and network diagrams
• CCNA required; CCNP Enterprise strongly preferred
• Strong written documentation skills and clear verbal communication with cross-functional stakeholders
• Comfortable working on greenfield/new-build deployments with evolving requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• SD-WAN deployment or administration experience
• Exposure to firewall platforms (e.g., Cisco Firepower FTD) at an awareness level
• Background in Linux systems administration
• Prior experience creating KT/training documentation for new or junior support teams
• Experience in a regulated industry (healthcare, manufacturing, or similar).
