NASSCO seeks a Network Engineer to design, administer, upgrade, and maintain its enterprise network infrastructure. You’ll configure routers, switches, firewalls, and related devices, ensuring security and reliability for IT users and operations.
The role requires a bachelor’s in IT/engineering/CS and at least seven years’ experience. CCNP is strongly preferred; SolarWinds monitoring and Palo Alto experience are valued.

As a member of the IT Infrastructure team, the Network Engineer is responsible for the design, administration, upgrade, and maintenance of NASSCO’s enterprise network hardware and software.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to fingers, handle or feel objects, or controls, and to talk and hear. Must be physically able to walk to all yard locations. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
$143,900 - $186,200
This pay range is a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. It takes into account the wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, and education.
