Position Overview

PCI Pharma is seeking a Mid-Level Network Engineer to support and enhance its enterprise network infrastructure. This individual will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining network solutions across a growing environment, with a strong focus on wireless, security, and routing technologies.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who can independently lead technical initiatives while also supporting day-to-day operations and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead network-related projects from concept through execution with minimal supervision
• Configure, manage, and support Cisco wireless environments, including:
• Catalyst 9800 Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC)
• Access point deployment and wireless policy configuration
• Administer and secure network firewalls, including:
• Firepower Management Center (FMC)
• Support identity and security platforms, including:
• Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine)
• Design, implement, and maintain switching and routing infrastructure
• Support dynamic routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP
• Perform advanced network troubleshooting and root cause analysis across complex environments
• Install, rack, and configure network hardware including switches, access points, and related infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network reliability, performance, and scalability

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–7+ years of hands‑on network engineering experience
• Strong experience with Cisco networking technologies
• Proven experience working with:
• Deep understanding of:
• Switching and routing concepts
• Protocols such as OSPF and BGP
• Demonstrated ability to own and lead projects independently
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues quickly
• Experience working in on‑site environments and supporting physical network infrastructure
• Ability to rack, stack, and deploy network equipment

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or regulated environments
• Exposure to global or multi‑site network environments
