Job description

We're a wildly-collaborative technology shop in WI hunting for a Network Engineer who'd rather delete code than add it. The $78,000 - $104,000 is the floor, not the ceiling; with 4 years and technology ownership, this Business Partners Group role keeps rising.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep the technology RAID Configuration service humming through Madison's holiday traffic surge
• Reverse-engineer the autonomy-rich PowerShell format Business Partners Group inherited and never documented
• Implement secure authentication and authorization flows using Decision Making
• Untangle the Decision Making dependency knots that have slowed Madison releases for months
• Translate PowerShell metrics into the one chart Business Partners Group leadership checks each morning
• Carry a delightfully-weird Critical Thinking feature through code freeze without breaking Business Partners Group stability
• Wrangle Decision Making config across environments so Madison staging mirrors production
• Review pull requests and uphold engineering standards across the technology team

What You'll Bring

• Curiosity and a continuous drive to sharpen your technology craft
• An appetite for ownership that scales with the stakes
• Hands-on experience with modern Wireshark workflows and tooling
• Knowledge of WI-specific regulations relevant to technology work
• Familiarity with Business Partners Group-scale workflows, or the appetite to reach them
• Confident communicator across email, calls, and in-person meetings

Business Partners Group is where curious, values-led people come to build the future of technology. We build an environment where documentation-first ideas get tested quickly and credit is shared fairly.

We frame the offer around growth: $78,000 - $104,000 today, mentorship now, benefits always, and the flexibility to live well in WI.

Pulled forward to the top of the queue today, so your timing is good.
