Job summary

Responsibilities

• Administering, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise network infrastructure including VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, routing and switching.
• Diagnosing and resolving network connectivity, performance, and availability issues across wired and wireless environments.
• Configuring, managing, and supporting firewall, switching, and wireless solutions.
• Working with SonicWall firewalls, including security policy management, VPN configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Managing Aruba switches and wireless access points, including deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Supporting network documentation, change management processes, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Collaborating with internal IT teams to ensure reliable and secure network operations.
• Participating in incident response, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
