CXC Global is partnering with a leading enterprise organization to deliver a Network Engineer contract focused on network modernization within large-scale data center environments in Alpharetta, GA. Immediate start for a 12-month contract with on-site work two days per week.

The role requires hands-on Cisco and Arista experience, strong routing/switching skills, and participation in a rotating on-call schedule. Sponsorship is not available.

Formación

• 3+ years of network engineering experience in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on Cisco and Arista networking experience.
• Experience with migrations, hardware refreshes, or modernization projects.
• Strong routing and switching knowledge; data center experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Nexus, ACI, spine-leaf architectures is a plus.

Responsabilidades

CXC Global is partnering with a leading enterprise organization seeking a Network Engineer to support network infrastructure modernization and migration initiatives within a large-scale enterprise environment. This is a hands-on opportunity for a networking professional with experience in Cisco and Arista technologies, network migrations, and data center environments.

Duration: 12-Month Contract with Potential Extension

Start Date: Immediate

Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens and Green Card Holders only. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

Position Summary

The Network Engineer will be responsible for supporting network hardware refreshes, infrastructure migrations, and operational activities across enterprise data center environments. The role involves configuring and deploying Cisco and Arista network devices, supporting migration and cutover activities, troubleshooting network issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Qualifications

• 3+ years of network engineering experience in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco and Arista networking technologies.
• Experience supporting network migrations, hardware refreshes, or infrastructure modernization projects.
• Strong routing and switching knowledge.
• Experience with Cisco Nexus, ACI, and spine-leaf architectures preferred.
• Knowledge of firewall technologies and network security concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience in data center environments is highly preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Must currently reside within commuting distance of Alpharetta, GA.
• Must be able to work onsite two days per week.
• Participation in a rotating on-call schedule is required.
