Qualifications

• Experience in a global corporate network environment, ideally with financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols such as BGP, OSPF, MPLS, STP and VXLAN.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Fortinet hardware or equivalent.
• Credentials such as CCNA or an equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and deploy network infrastructure across multiple sites.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code solutions with tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Collaborate with ops and engineering to optimize network design and performance.
• Automate deployment and monitoring with scripting and CM tools.
• Analyze deployments, propose scalable, secure, and efficient improvements.
• Influence technical direction by identifying trends and innovative solutions.
