Job summary

Fluidstack is looking for a skilled Network Designer to own the design lifecycle for AI training infrastructure. Candidates must possess deep expertise in data center network fabrics and demonstrate the ability to translate requirements into deployable architectures.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $200,000 to $275,000 per year, depending on experience. Fluidstack values equity and transparency in compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience designing data center network fabrics from requirements to deployment.
• Deep expertise in CLOS/fat-tree topologies and congestion management at scale.
• Ability to reason from first principles and tackle novel design challenges.

Responsibilities

• Own the network design lifecycle from requirements through deployable architectures.
• Produce fabric configuration specs and routing policies for AI training.
• Translate logical designs into physical setups, addressing power and cabling.
