**Job Description Summary**Shapes enterprise provider relationship strategy by developing engagement approaches, relationship frameworks, and provider experience solutions for the organization’s most complex and strategically significant network challenges. Applies deep expertise across provider engagement, network operations, contracting, performance, and provider experience to strengthen high-value provider partnerships and translate provider insights into enterprise network strategies. Provider Relationship Management Director drives short- to mid-term provider relationship management strategy for the discipline and exercises independent judgment on novel, cross-functional problems. This job operates as a subject-matter expert across multiple functional areas, designing provider relationship solutions where no established precedent exists within the function, and influences both functional and cross-functional strategy.**How will you make an impact & Requirements****KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*** Develop enterprise provider relationship strategies and recommend approaches to senior and executive leadership that strengthen provider satisfaction, performance, retention, and alignment with network objectives.* Design new provider engagement frameworks, relationship models, escalation approaches, and communication strategies for complex network challenges where established practices do not adequately address provider or organizational needs.* Serve as an enterprise subject-matter expert on provider relationship management, advising leaders on high-impact provider concerns, strategic relationship risks, and opportunities to strengthen provider partnerships.* Lead major cross-functional provider relationship initiatives from problem definition through implementation, independently establishing the approach and aligning Contracting, Clinical, Finance, Credentialing, Operations, and Network Strategy stakeholders.* Synthesize provider satisfaction findings, performance measures, operational trends, market intelligence, and provider feedback to identify emerging network risks and recommend strategic actions.* Establish approaches for managing strategically significant or sensitive provider relationships and complex escalations that require coordination across multiple functions and consideration of broader network implications.* Evaluate emerging provider engagement practices, network trends, and changes in healthcare delivery and translate relevant findings into recommendations for provider relationship strategy and organizational practices.**QUALIFICATIONS*** Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.* 10+ years of relevant healthcare experience, including significant experience in provider relations, healthcare delivery, population health, practice transformation, clinical operations, accountable care, or value-based care.* Deep understanding of primary care delivery, population health, quality improvement, healthcare economics, and value-based payment models.* Strong ability to interpret complex healthcare performance data and translate findings into strategic, clinical, operational, and financial recommendations.* Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and cross-functional dependencies.* Strong executive presence, communication, facilitation, and relationship-management skills, with the ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders without direct authority.* Experience managing relationships with physician practices, medical groups, health systems, accountable care organizations, or similar provider entities preferred.* Experience supporting or facilitating provider contracting, performance management, or financial reconciliation discussions preferred.**TRAVEL**Periodic travel within Connecticut may be required for provider meetings, onboarding, training, performance reviews, settlement discussions, and other program activities. The role will otherwise primarily operate virtually.**Compensation Range:**$119,312.00to$178,968.00*The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.*
